How does your pay-as-you-go plan work?
We calculate the cost of your calls to the second and texts and deduct them from your balance. When your balance hits zero you have to top-up again to make more calls.
What happens if I'm running out of account credit?
Whenever you run out of credit, your calls will no longer be dialled and your Live Dialer service will simply disappear from your website. Soon as you add credit Live Dialer will reappear and calls can be made as normal.
Can I cancel, upgrade or downgrade my subscription any time?
You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Once you change your plan, the monthly payment will automatically be adjusted with the next billing cycle. If you upgrade, you can use the additional features right away.
How will I be charged and billed?
You pay nothing for your first $5.00 of credit. This is roughly enough for 4 hours worth of calls. After your free credit runs out simply add more credit. The default payment method is credit card.
