1. BRRING! PRIVACY POLICY
Subject to its Terms of Service (see http://www.brring.com/tos.php), Brring! collects personal information when you register for the Brring! service. We ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, sex, ZIP code, and personal interests. Brring! uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, improve our services, and contact you. Brring! follows the following personal information disclosure policy:
(a) We will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information such as your name or address to third parties.
(b) We will not disclose your email address to third parties.
(c) We will not disclose your password or security questions to third parties. Your password is encrypted and stored on our servers so that even we cannot read it.
(d) We will not disclose your private number or your Brring! number to third parties except at your explicit direction.
(e) We use the preferences you indicate about your tastes and interests and those of your callers to determine the appropriate advertising or other sponsored messages. We will also use non-personally identifiable information about you and your callers, such as age, sex, and zip code, to determine ad selection decisions. We may also use such non-personally identifiable information about you and your callers in reports furnished to third parties including advertisers.
(f) Some of the ads or messages we run on behalf of advertisers will prompt the caller to indicate whether they want to engage in further communication with the sponsor of the message. We will not share personally identifiable information about your callers, such as telephone number or email address, to facilitate such communication except at the explicit direction of the caller.
